  • "Super quaint and lovely"

    Being across from the park was heavenly, as well as being so close to Sawmill (delish and so fun to have live music on Sunday!) and the Plaza... it was great having two bedrooms separated by the living area in the middle, both with their own bathrooms. The kitchen had salt, pepper, olive oil, and ample pans and skillets. The coffee maker provided options to make either a pot of drip coffee or K-pods (which was nice since one of us drinks decaf and the other full strength). The towels were wonderful and the beds comfy (which is a big deal for us!). Recommended stay / location!"

    Our winter stay in Albuquerque was lovely, in large part due to Katelyn & Daniel's hospitality and our stay in their cute Silversmith's House casita... The photos provided on Airbnb are spot on: the casita is warm, clean, and cozy, well-appointed, and decorated with an understated southwestern flair. We slept well in the comfortable bed, found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, enjoyed cuddling up on the couch to watch tv in the evening, and came and went by foot between the casita and Old Town restaurants and shopping with ease. Katelyn was friendly and highly responsive. All communication was prompt and helpful... All in all, a superb stay in Albuquerque!

    "This was the perfect location for my family of 3! Home was so cozy and lovely, lots of soft snuggly blankets and beautiful fireplace. We walked to several restaurants and took a ghost tour in Old Town-so nice to be able to just walk home after (The walk was like 6-7 min home!) We also played in the park every afternoon (it’s right across the street) I would absolutely stay here again! Here are some of the other things we loved during our stay: Sandia Tramway (hello snow and mountains!!!) High Noon Steakhouse (it’s haunted and cozy and absolutely delicious!) Duran Pharmacy (loved the green chili smothered burrito and buttered tortillas) Stay here! I’m pretty picky, and it was delightful."

    "The hosts have done a lovely job decorating and maintaining this small 1800's priest's house. We have two small dogs and the beautiful park right across the street was a dog walker's dream. The accommodations were pristine and very comfortable and quiet. We would return in a heartbeat!❤️"
