At Stay Old Town Road, booking all four houses together creates an inviting space for up to 17 guests, making it the ideal choice for intimate gatherings. With a total of 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 well-equipped bathrooms, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy while still being part of the fun. The layout encourages socializing, whether you’re gathering in the cozy living areas for a family game night or sharing meals in the outdoor dining spaces. This unique arrangement ensures that every guest feels at home, making your stay truly memorable.

The “fine print”
All the things you need to know before you book your stay

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need flexibility, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate for a $25 fee.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
No Smoking Indoors: We ask that you kindly refrain from smoking inside. There are comfortable outdoor areas where you can smoke. Please dispose of your butts in the dumpster, not on the ground.
Guests: For the comfort of all, only the guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Let us know if you need to adjust your guest count.
Respect the Space: Please treat the home with care—what’s here is for you to enjoy, so just be mindful and leave it as you found it.
Lock Up: For your safety and security, please lock doors and close windows when you leave the property.
Emergency Contact: We’re just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out!

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in result in a refund of 50%
Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded

Pet Fee: There’s an additional $75 fee per pet, which will be added to your reservation.
Pet Guests Welcome: We happily allow up to two pets (cats and dogs only) to join you during your stay.
Crate Comfort: For your pet’s safety and the comfort of future guests, please keep your pets crated if you leave them alone in the house.
Furniture-Friendly: If your pets love lounging on furniture, please use the provided blankets to keep things clean and cozy for everyone.
Pet Waste: Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the provided poo bags and place it in the outdoor dumpster.
